Our trade association that operate trust accounts in order to provide 100% financial protection for our customers. We are a full member, our unique number is U5586. The TTA lays down strict guidelines on how customer funds may be handled and each member must adhere to these guidelines. Every TTA member puts customer's funds into a designated trust account, customer funds are held in this account and may not be released unless the customer has received a holiday or funds are released to another company that becomes responsible for your financial protection.

We are an active member of Tourism Concern, the only organisation in Europe actively campaigning on tourism and human rights issues, they work tirelessly to expose and challenge tourism's exploitative practices. Tourism Concern takes a solution driven approach and has played a crucial role in promoting forms of tourism that provide meaningful benefits to people in destination communities.

We are a member of Business Network International, Dunedin Chapter, as such, we are trusted by dozens of other businesses and individuals who refer our services to their customers, friends, and families on a weekly basis. BNI is a 24 year old business and professional organisation that allows only one person from each trade or profession to join a chapter. We do this by raising awareness of the issues among travel companies, guides, trek leaders, sirdars (porters foremen), and trekkers. We support porters in their quest for a decent wage and freedom from overloading.
