Day 01 Depart UK
Day 02 Arrive Kathmandu
Meet our representative at the airport and transfer to hotel. Rest of day free.
Day 03 Kathmandu | Nagarkot
On the way to Nagarkot, an idyllic escape surrounded by thickly forested hills of pine trees, visit Bhaktapur, the city of devotes and the best preserved of all the ancients cities of Kathmandu Valley, a living museum where farmers dry their harvest, potters turn their wheel and people go about life as they have done for so long.
Day 04 Nagarkot | Kathmandu
In the early morning witness the beautiful sunrise outlook from the resort before sitting down to breakfast. Return to Kathmandu and visit Durbar Square, temple of the Living Goddess, Hanuman Dhoka, the ancient royal residential quarter and Swayambhunath, also known as the monkey temple, from where you have great scenery of Kathmandu Valley.
Day 05 Kathmandu | Pokhara
Fly to Pokhara, considered by many to be the most beautiful place in the world. Enjoy boating on Phewa Lake, and tours of the Seti gorge and Mahendra caves. Rest of day free.
Day 06 Pokhara
Early Morning drive to Sarangkot, a beautiful village best known for its sunrise, where on a clear day you can see an unobstructed view of the Himalayas. Back to hotel for breakfast and start a gentle hike(approx 1hr) to the World Peace Pagoda located high above Pokhara, across Phewa Lake. Rest of day free.
Day 07 Pokhara | Chitwan
After breakfast, drive Royal Chitwan National Park by tourist bus. Take a tour to a nearby ethnic Tharu village where you will learn more about the life and lifestyle of the Tharus. Visit to the National Park Visitor's Centre where you can learn more about the history of the National park and about wildlife & Sun set view from the bank of Rapti River. Evening Tharu Cultural Dance Presentation by the local villagers or Slide Show Presentation.
Day 08 Chitwan National Park
After breakfast, Canoe ride along the Rapti River. An excellent opportunity for Bird Watching and for seeing the 2 rare species of Crocodiles; the Marsh Mugger and the fish eating Gharial. On the way back enjoy Elephant Bathing. Afternoon an Elephant Safari. Evening a Tharu Cultural Dance presentation or slides show presentation.
Day 09 Chitwan National Park
After breakfast visit the Government Elephant Breeding Centre. Afternoon drive to Twenty Thousand Lake or Elephant Safari. Rest of day to relax and enjoy the beautiful landscapes and snow capped mountains.
Day 10 Chitwan | Daman
Depart for Daman by private car.
Day 11 Daman
Free day in Daman with some of the most fantastic views of the Himalaya.
Day 12 Daman | Kathmandu
After breakfast return to Kathmandu on a scenic drive.
Day 13 Kathmandu
Free day. Traditional farewell dinner in evening.
Day 14 Final Departure
Drive to the airport, your guide will help you and bid you farewell.
